Laying, Maintenance and Warranty Tips
Preparation and acclimatization
Allow the floor to acclimatize for at least 48 hours in the room where it will be installed. Keep the temperature between 18–25°C and the humidity between 45–65% .
Store the packs closed and flat on a flat surface.
First check whether the surface is completely flat, dry, hard and clean .
When using underfloor heating or cooling, the heating-up protocol must always be followed before and after installation.
Prevent damage: check before installation

Check all planks for visible damage or manufacturing defects.
Do not process damaged planks (due to warranty). -
Mix planks from multiple packs for a natural color distribution.

Use the correct tools and always start on a straight line.
Use and maintenance
-
Vacuum or sweep regularly to remove dirt and sand.

Use good doormats (without rubber backing).
-
Attach felt pads under furniture to prevent scratches.
-
Avoid aggressive cleaning agents and do not use a steam cleaner .
-
Keep the humidity stable between 45–65% to prevent warping of wood, click connections or glue.
Warranty conditions
The warranty expires in the following cases:
-
Failure to follow the installation, use or maintenance instructions.
-
Processing damaged or incorrect planks.
-
Use in damp areas such as bathrooms (unless specifically permitted).
-
Damage caused by sand, sharp objects or heavy furniture.
-
Installing underfloor heating without a correct start-up protocol .
-
Incorrect installation or misuse.
Please note: Wood and PVC may vary in color and texture. Deviations from samples or photos are within the permitted margin (up to ±5%).
Heating protocol (underfloor heating/floor cooling)
A correct heating protocol prevents damage due to tension in the floor.
Always follow these guidelines:

Before laying

Start the underfloor heating at least 72 hours in advance.

Increase daily by 5°C to the maximum temperature (usually 40°C water temperature).

Leave this on for 24–48 hours.

Then reduce the temperature again by 5°C per day to 18°C.

After laying
-
Wait at least 48 hours before turning the heating back on.
-
Increase again by 5°C per day until the desired temperature is reached.

Max. floor surface temperature: 27 °C .

For floor cooling
-
Never use sudden cold temperatures.
-
Keep the cooling water temperature above 18°C to prevent condensation.
