Installation instructions for Click-PVC floors
1. Preparation
Good preparation ensures the best results.

Allow the Click-PVC planks to acclimatise in the room for 48 hours , in closed packaging (18–25 °C).

The surface must be flat, dry, clean, and stable . If the surface is uneven, exceed 2 mm per meter, level it.

For concrete floors : moisture content max. 2% and always use a moisture barrier (foil) .

For wooden floors: make sure everything is properly secured and does not bounce.

Humidity: 45–65% .

Always use a suitable underlay for Click-PVC (sound insulation + leveling).
Tools required:
spacers • pencil • try square • tape measure • rubber mallet • stop block • utility knife or PVC saw
(Laminate cutters are not suitable.)
2. How to lay the Click-PVC floor

Mix planks from different packs for a natural distribution of colours.

Start in a corner. Place the groove side against the wall and use 5 mm spacers.

First, click in the long side , then the end . Work row by row.

Preferably lay in the direction of the light .

Obstacles such as pipes can be easily cut and made to fit.

Always maintain an expansion joint of 5 mm at doorways and transitions.

Cut the last row to size. Place the plank upside down against the previous row, mark it, cut/saw, and click it into place.
3. Finishing

Finish with skirting boards :

or skirting boards (degrease the surface first).

Neatly tuck the edges of the subfloor foil under the skirting boards.

The floor is ready for use as soon as it is laid.
