The Multiplank Hungarian Point floor is designed for long-lasting quality and requires only simple, regular maintenance. Because of the wide, beveled planks, it's important to keep the floor clean to prevent dirt from accumulating in the joints.

Dust and sand are best removed by regularly vacuuming with a parquet brush or wiping with a soft dust cloth. This prevents scratches on the 3mm solid oak top layer.

For weekly cleaning, use a slightly damp microfiber mop with a suitable wood floor cleaner, depending on your floor's finish (oil or lacquer). Avoid harsh cleaning agents, all-purpose cleaners, ammonia, bleach, and abrasives, as these can damage the protective layer.

Be careful not to mop too wet. Excess water can seep into the corners and joints of the Hungarian Point pattern and damage the floor.

Place felt protectors under furniture to prevent scratches and place doormats at entrances to keep sand and moisture out.

If the floor is untreated, we recommend applying oil or varnish immediately. Oiled floors require periodic maintenance with a maintenance oil to renew their protection. Varnished floors can be polished occasionally to enhance their shine and protective layer.

With regular, light maintenance, the Hungarian Point floor will remain stable, elegant and in top condition for years to come.
