Maintenance Tips

The Multiplank Brentwood floor is designed for long-term use and, with proper maintenance, will retain its luxurious appearance for years to come. Regular vacuuming with a parquet brush or wiping with a soft dust cloth prevents sand and dirt from scratching the wide oak top layer.

For weekly cleaning, use a slightly damp microfiber mop with a suitable wood floor cleaner. Avoid all-purpose cleaners, harsh chemicals, ammonia, chlorine, and abrasive products, as these can damage the protective layer.

Be careful not to mop the floor too wet. The wide planks can allow excess water to seep into the seams more quickly, potentially causing damage or deformation.

Use felt pads under chairs and furniture to prevent scratches and place good doormats at entrances to keep out sand and moisture.
